As part of our service staff, representatives are expected to be not only friendly and approachable but helpful and courteous as well.
The customer service representative has responsibilities that includes but is not limited to the following:
Answering Phones Answering customer questions, concerns, or complaints.
Take customer orders over the phone.
Order Entry.
Answering questions concerning our product and shipping procedures.
Enter Customer billings for shipped orders into our system.
Process product returns and credits.
Process credit card transactions for orders.
General Office duties including filing.
General Requirements Requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team player attitude.
Able to change focus on short notice.
Excellent people skills.
Other Skills Good problem solving ability.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (will train) Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
